Hotel KRC Palace tezpur Point –not giving me room after taking payment Point-force me and my family to take food which I did not ordered Point-so call night manager guy was saying will KICK OUT FROM HOTEL i would like to share my experience with KRC hotel in tezpur 17dec2023 around 11pm i reach hotel, i asked for room the guy in reception said book online so i book it online and made the payment as well show screen to reception guy, but guy said i didnot recieve confirmation from website so i waited almost 20 minute but guy was keep saying ,i cant allot room to you because i didnot recieve confimation, then he started asking for cancel booking god knows what he was upto. somehow i convince if mytravaly.com dont pay you i will pay to you at morning so spending almost more then 1 hours at midnight arguing with super night manager at reception. 19dec night one of the waiter delivered hell lot of food in my room, i explain on call i didnot order food but everyone keep saying you have to keep food and pay for it i was keep bagging to them that i didnot order but they force me to keep food just after 15 min they came by saying it was there mistake somebody else ordered it BUT WHILE I WAS CONVINCING AT RECEPTION THE SAME NIGHT MANAGER WAS SAYING WILL KICK YOU OUT FROM HOTEL IF I DON’T LISTEN TO HIM I visited all over the world but I can’t forget this horrible experience , this was night mare for me and my family

I booked this hotel through Agoda and was on my way to Tezpur. Thank GOD for no specific reason i just called up the hotel to confirm.my reservation however to my utter shock and horror i was told that the hotel has been sold out. I couldn't believe as to how casually the guy with the least customer handling skills says that they have been sold out since last 2 days. I told him repeatedly that the room was displayed available in Agoda and my booking has been confirmed and payment deducted from my account, but alas he seemed to care less and almost was in a hurry to hung up the call. Not even once did he apologize and instead asked.me how can I say that they have a room. I reminded him that they haven't closed the booking in Agoda and hence it was shown available and booking confirmed. I urge the owners to replace that executive with someone who has the basic manners to speak to hotel guest. I had to call up Agoda and they confirmed that the hotel didn't close the reservation and that is why the the room was shown available and booking confirmed after payment. Infact the pathetic guy was trying to blame Agoda as to how they can give booking. He perhaps is ignorant and dumb to understand that any 3rd party agency will display rooms available till they close the booking when it's full This is one my worst experience and i urge everyone to confirm with this hotel after making a reservation. If I wouldn't have called i would have been left high and dry in the streets of tezpur without a room to stay.

Saggy mattresses, leaking taps & sloppy service is what defines this place. The lowest of service standards were demostrated to us when we ordered Parantha at 7AM, were served Idli instead at 7:35AM, told the Parantha is packed and on its way, but not delivered even until 8AM. We finally checked out without breakfast after waiting for a good 1 hour.

Our stay was brief (01 night only) as we were travelling to Tawang Region of Arunachal Pradesh....but decision to have a night stay at KRC Palace in Tezpur happens to be one of the best decision taken during this trip.... We reached late in the evening but was greeted and welcomed by a smiling faces which made us all relaxed... Neetu jee and Sanjay jee were very good and corresponded very well during the time of the process of advance booking and also made all the arrangements upto perfection. KRC Palace, i must say is the Finest in Tezpur...

Room booked by travel agency, ITS. Will never go through ITS, again. They need to check out hotels post-COVID, before sending customers. This hotel has a big secret: They have a major construction project going on in the middle of the hotel. 6am-after midnight/7 days a week. Staff has to yell at each other to be heard in the hallways. Sound echoing up and down the hallways and stairs. Anyone complaining, is chastised for not being understanding and willing to give up on any chance of getting a day or nights sleep.
